SIMAEXPO 2019: Gestilar to be present at the real estate sector’s biggest event of the year

Gestilar is counting down the days to this year’s edition of the Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition, SIMA. This event is to take place from 30 May until 2 June at Madrid’s IFEMA Exhibition Centre, and as the largest and most influential event in Spain, it is an unmissable date on the calendar for most firms in the industry.

So, this year, we will be exhibiting once again and we invite you to come and see for yourself six of our projects through which you “rediscover” the concept of residential development. All of them feature the “Gestilar hallmarks” of unique design, sustainability and quality.

Isla de Tambo

Gestilar consolidates its presence in Madrid with Isla de Tambo. This exclusive development in the north of Madrid, close to Alameda de Osuna, is ideal if what you are looking for is a quiet, family-friendly area, just a few minutes from the city centre.

With the old quarter of the town not far away, Gestilar’s new development offers perfect the combination of being close to both the sea and Majorca’s most historic streets and tourist sites.

In charge of the development is the prestigious L35 Arquitectos architects’ studio, who also designed the new Santiago Bernabéu stadium in Madrid, endorsing an evidently avant-garde concept for the development.

Isla de Santa Cruz

At SIMA, Gestilar will also showcasing its Isla de Santa Cruz development, located in an area of outstanding natural beauty in Galicia: Oleiros. This town is a mere 7 Km from the city of A Coruña and less than 5 minutes from the spectacular Praia Santa Cruz beach and the As Galeras Park. These residential buildings are notable for their distribution, with each home facing in two directions, making life more pleasant for its inhabitants.

Isla de Arosa

If there is one development that stands out in Madrid for its communal areas, it is Isla de Arosa.
