Gestilar Construcciones

Gestilar Construcciones was founded with the aim of optimizing the construction process in order to comply with the delivery dates for each project, while meeting all the standards for quality, design and finishes set by the company so as to obtain maximum customer satisfaction.

In all our developments, from inception through to completion, our goal is to always achieve the highest levels of quality and comfort in our homes.

We will be extending this model as we launch our future projects, provided that the location of the development and the operating capacity of the construction company provide sufficient assurance that we will be able to accomplish them successfully.

Gestilar Construcciones is being launched with the projects Isla de Pedrosa and Isla de Tambo in Madrid.

These two projects comprise 150 and 52 homes respectively and will have a Class A energy rating, endorsing the priority given to sustainability. They will also have landscape gardens, swimming pool and smart post boxes for online purchases among the many amenities available in the community areas. In the case of Isla de Pedrosa, the development also has two paddle tennis courts, a hydro-massage area and over 8,000 square metres of communal areas to be used and enjoyed by the residents.
