SIMA 2018 SPECIAL: Discover 7 Gestilar developments at the biggest real estate event of the year

SIMA (Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition) is now in its 20th year, and as one of the biggest property events in Spain and on the international arena, Gestilar will once again have a presence there. From 31 May until 3 June, the property developer will be exhibiting at IFEMA in Madrid with 7 of its projects, three of which will be attracting particular attention as brand new developments.

Gestilar Mediterrània: Gestilar comes to Majorca

Gestilar is forging ahead with its expansion across Spain, taking in Madrid, Barcelona and Galicia, which are now joined by Majorca, the location we have chosen for our latest project: Gestilar Mediterrània. With this new development, we are excited to set foot in the Nou Llevant region, an area currently undergoing rapid development. Around 400 new-build homes are planned, with gardens, generous communal zones and a swimming pool.

Isla de Cortegada: the seventh residential project in Valdebebas (Madrid)

The Isla de Cortegada homes will have 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, all with a double outlook and terraces, including the option to customize many finishes.

Continuing with Gestilar’s commitment to protecting the environment, the building is fitted with the latest sustainability and energy-saving systems, and it has been awarded the maximum Category A energy performance certificate.

Isla Cortegada isn’t the only project we are developing in Valdebebas. Isla Pedrosa, Gestilar’s eighth project in this area, has a total of 150 exclusively designed, spacious 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, all of which can be customised to suit your preferences. Isla Alborán entered for the ASPRIMA-SIMA 2018 Prizes

This year, our Isla Alborán development, an example of design at the service of ecological architecture, has been nominated for one of the ASPRIMA-SIMA 2018 Prizes in the Best Real-Estate Operation category. These awards represent a token of public recognition of the very best initiatives in the property sector. They will be presented at the SIMA trade show, where many of the industries key figures will be in attendance.
